STATEROOM RATES:

Rates are per person based on double occupancy. $400pp deposit is due by June 1, 2008. Final payment is due by June 10, 2008.

Tango at Sea workshop schedule is based on late dining.

All staterooms have 2 lower convertible beds, bathroom, plenty of closets. Price includes cabin, port charges, taxes, Early Dining for all meals, activities on board, group workshops, milongas, practices and a special gift from Tango at Sea. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

A cancellation before June 29, 2008 will receive a full refund less a $150pp USD administration fee. Passengers, who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical reasons, are also subject to the additional fees:

$400 USD per-person deposit fee for any cancellation from June 30th – August 15th
50% of cruise fare in USD for any cancellation from August 16th – September 15th
100% of cruise fare in USD for cancellation from September 16th to date of sailing

CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:

Cancellation Insurance Rates Per-Person for all Categories: is $159.
No insurance coverage is available for bookings within 60 days of sailing.

PLEASE NOTE: Insurance amounts above cover only the cost of the cruise package. It does not cover, AIR, PRE/POST HOTEL packages or any other travel items not listed in original Tango at Sea cruise package flyer or web page. Additional insurance coverage can be purchased to cover all “extra” travel costs at an additional charge. Insurance package is available to US and Canadian citizens.

REFUNDS:

Refund requests must be made in writing by fax or by email ONLY. Processing time for refunds will occur after the sailing ends on October 6, 2008. Deposit receipt, Cruise tickets, Airline tickets, Transfer coupons and all other vouchers must be returned before a refund can be made.

In most cases the refund will be processed via Tango at Sea company check. Administration Fees must be paid to Tango at Sea Agency before cruise cancellation can be completed.
